Commercial Credit AnalystWe're working with a $2B bank with locations in Maryland and West Virginia that's growing its commercial lending team and looking for a seasoned commercial credit analyst to help manage the increased loan volume.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderwriting & Analysis: Review complex credit applications, financial statements, tax returns, and cash flow projections.Risk Assessment: Calculate financial ratios (such as debt-to-income and liquidity metrics), assign risk ratings, and evaluate collateral evaluations.Credit Limits & Terms: Establish, approve, or recommend appropriate credit limits, repayment terms, and loan structures.Portfolio Monitoring: Track existing accounts, review compliance with loan covenants, and monitor market or industry trends.Reporting & Committees: Prepare detailed underwriting memos and present credit summaries to senior management or loan committees.What That Means for YouWhether you're actively exploring your next opportunity or simply want to stay informed about what's available in the market, I'd welcome the opportunity to get to know you.Total compensation is expected to range from $75,000 to $125,000, depending on experience.
