Assembly Worker

Job Description Job Description Schedule First 6 weeks (Training): 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Permanent Shift: 3:00 PM–12:30 AM Must be available to work both schedules Job Duties Assemble electronic components, circuit boards (PCBs), and related products Install and connect small electronic and mechanical components Use hand tools, power tools, and electronic assembly equipment Perform detailed assembly work involving small parts, wires, connectors, and components Inspect completed assemblies for defects and proper component placement Follow diagrams, work instructions, and assembly procedures Perform basic testing and quality checks on completed products Enter production information into computer systems as required Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation Requirements Previous electronic assembly, PCB assembly, electromechanical assembly, or similar manufacturing experience preferred Comfortable working with small electronic components and detailed assemblies Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to safely use hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to follow detailed instructions and assembly procedures Basic computer/data entry skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable attendance and ability to work in a team environment Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following is a plus: PCB or circuit board assembly Electronic or electromechanical assembly Wiring, connectors, or cable assembly Hand and power tools Electronic component inspection SAP, MES, SFC, WMS, or other production systems \nCompany Description Apply now to be part of a dedicated team!
