Position Overview Alliance RV is looking for a Director of Accounting and Finance to lead the company’s financial operations, accounting functions, reporting, tax and compliance activities, and other duties as assigned. This role will play a key leadership position in driving financial performance, supporting executive decision-making, and ensuring operational excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting expertise with financial strategy, process improvement experience, and the ability to lead and develop a high-performing team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 8–10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience Prior leadership or management experience Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls Excellent analytical, organizational, advanced Excel, and communication skills Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications CPA designation strongly preferred MBA or advanced finance/accounting certification is a plus Experience scaling financial operations in a growing organization Responsibilities Lead all accounting and finance operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, month-end close, and financial reporting Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP Provide financial analysis, KPIs, management reports, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax and regulatory requirements Coordinate annual audits and serve as the primary liaison with external auditors Strengthen internal controls, policies, and financial procedures Lead and mentor accounting and finance team members Partner with operations, HR, sales, and leadership teams to support company growth and profitability Identify opportunities for process automation and operational efficiencies Support mergers, acquisitions, financing activities, or strategic initiatives as needed Compensation and Benefits Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus opportunity Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Professional development opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
