Clinical Manager

Clinical Manager Field-Based (Full-Time) Essential Duties and Responsibilities Oversee and implement assigned contracts, grants, evidence-based models, and programs to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, performance standards, and applicable professional, legal, and ethical guidelines. Complete and generate required internal and external reports. Provide clinical oversight and supervision for assigned staff in accordance with Board of Behavioral Sciences requirements for unlicensed/registered clinicians. Attend and participate in required contract, community, internal, and external meetings. Provide administrative guidance and oversight to supervisees and program staff. Conduct a minimum of weekly individual and/or group supervision for direct service staff using a Reflective Practice Framework. Monitor program budgets and ensure compliance with organizational and funding regulations. Minimum Qualifications Education Master's or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field. Experience Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience, preferably working with children (birth to five) and their families. At least 1 year of supervisory experience. Knowledge of: Trauma-informed and culturally responsive care. DSM-5, ICD-11, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Family systems, psychoeducation, and group treatment modalities. Clinical treatment approaches for birth-to-five and school-age populations. Strong analytical and clinical decision-making skills within scope of licensure. Licensure Current California license through the Board of Psychology or Board of Behavioral Sciences. Licensed for at least 2 years and qualified to supervise registered associates and/or interns. Work Environment Field-based role with a combination of office, community, and client-site work. Full-time schedule, typically Monday through Friday, with occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed. Travel Requirements Regular local travel between office locations, client sites, and community meetings. Valid California driver's license, current auto insurance, and an acceptable driving record required. Background & Clearance Requirements Selected candidates may be required to complete applicable screenings based on position responsibilities, which may include: Criminal background check. Employment, education, and reference verification. Live Scan (DOJ) fingerprint clearance. Health clearance. Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)/DMV clearance. Child Development Permit (if applicable).
