Clinical Manager

Hiring: Clinical Manager- Field-based | Victorville, CA Key Responsibilities Clinical & Program Leadership Oversee assigned contracts, grants, evidence-based programs, and clinical services to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, agency policies, and professional standards. Monitor program performance, quality measures, and outcomes. Prepare and submit required internal and external reports. Clinical Supervision Provide clinical supervision in accordance with Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) requirements for registered and unlicensed clinicians. Conduct weekly individual and/or group supervision using a Reflective Practice Framework . Support staff in case consultation, clinical decision-making, treatment planning, and professional development. Program & Administrative Oversight Provide administrative leadership and guidance to assigned program staff. Ensure compliance with agency policies, documentation standards, and funding requirements. Oversee assigned program budgets in accordance with agency and funder regulations. Collaboration & Community Engagement Attend contract-required community meetings and agency meetings. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to improve service delivery.
