We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent HR Manager to join our Real Estate Investment Firm. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing our human resources functions, ensuring that our company maintains and enhances our human capital. This position offers a unique opportunity to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced, challenging and rewarding environment. You will be responsible for managing the full employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to training and performance management. Your expertise in benefits administration, vendor relations, and HR management will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
3. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
4. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
5. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
6. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
7. Develop and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
8. Maintain and enhance vendor relations, negotiating contracts and managing partnerships to ensure smooth operations.
9. Handle workplace disputes, conduct investigations, and resolve any issues that arise.
10. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high-performance culture.

Qualifications:

1. Proven 4+ years of working experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the Accounting + Finance industry.
2. People-oriented and results-driven, with exceptional ability to manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and benefits administration.
3. Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and ability to use data for decision making.
4. Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
5. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
6. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
7. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
8. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
9. Degree in Human Resources or related field.
