Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Utilizing a streamlined billing system to manage client accounts, including claims submissions and payment plans, ensuring a hassle-free experience for both the therapist and clients.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, treatment sessions, and progress notes in compliance with organizational policies.

• Scheduling follow-up appointments and ensuring a well-maintained calendar to optimize client care coordination.

This position addresses a diverse range of client needs, particularly within the detoxification and recovery context. You will work with individuals seeking support for substance use disorders, emotional distress, and relational challenges. Our clients come from varied backgrounds, and your role will be essential in helping them navigate their recovery processes through empathy, understanding, and effective therapeutic strategies.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work, with an unrestricted LCSW license for independent practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes:
