Coordinates communication of all patient related information to appropriate personnel internally and externally. Adheres to agency standards and ensures confidentiality of patient information and patient rights.Minimum QualificationsRN License in the State of Rhode Island or a state participating in the Nursing CompactBSN preferred. For AD graduates applying, must provide evidence of enrollment for BSN program with completion within 3 yearsBasic Life Support certification from the American Heart AssociationOne year acute care nursing experienceOne year home care experienceValid driver's license & auto liability insurance as mandated by State of RI
