Senior Commercial Banking Manager Jacksonville, FL (On-site)
FinTrust Connect has partnered with a well-capitalized regional banking institution to identify an experienced commercial banking leader to oversee key Florida markets. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to shape market strategy, lead top-performing teams, and drive growth across Jacksonville, Orlando, and Tampa Bay.

- Function: Lead market strategy, drive middle-market growth, and build high-performing commercial banking teams
10+ years of commercial banking experience, preferably with middle-market and large corporate clients
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics; MBA preferred
Proven success in leading teams, business development, and credit oversight
Strong understanding of credit structures and risk management
Knowledge of Florida commercial markets (Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa Bay)
Familiarity with cross-functional banking collaboration (Wealth, Private, and Specialty Banking)
Direct commercial banking strategy across three major Florida markets
Lead and mentor team leaders and relationship managers
Drive acquisition and retention of clients with $50-500MM in annual revenue
Collaborate with specialty and private bankers to deliver integrated solutions
Maintain high credit quality through proactive portfolio management and credit structuring
Act as a strategic liaison across business lines to ensure client-centric delivery
