Physical Therapist

WeCare Centers at The Green Home Care Center is actively seeking a motivated, PRN, Physical Therapist  for our community in  Wellsboro, PA . Our  Physical Therapist help our residents  improve their mobility and enable people to  confidently and independently carry out everyday tasks and activities! 

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and administer treatment to residents and patients with temporary or long-term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing

• Assure all therapy is delivered in accordance with an established plan of care

• Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers

• Monitor patient response to treatment intervention

• Complete required forms and documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Valid State qualifying license or certification.

• Experience in skilled nursing environment is preferred.

• New graduates are welcome.

• Ability to communicate and instruct effectively.

• Hands on experience with therapeutic exercises, functional training, and physical modalities.
