Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families utilizing a secure telehealth platform tailored for effective online counseling.

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to gain insights into clients' backgrounds and challenges, which inform effective treatment plans.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment strategies using therapeutic modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care techniques.

• Document all interactions and treatment progress in compliance with Nevada state licensure standards, ensuring high-quality record-keeping and accountability.

• Collaborate with other clinical team members to coordinate comprehensive care, providing referrals or additional resources based on clients’ needs.

• Participate actively in team meetings, continuing education workshops, and supervisory sessions to enhance clinical skills and foster collaborative relationships with colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as an LMFT at LumaMind Therapy, you will work with a diverse client base facing a variety of relational, emotional, and behavioral challenges. This includes couples looking to improve communication and rebuild trust, families seeking to strengthen their dynamics, and individuals addressing personal issues such as anxiety, depression, or past trauma. Your insights and therapeutic approaches will empower clients to make lasting changes in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• Active LMFT license in the state of Nevada is required; candidates with interstate licensure will be considered favorably.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
