Your work will make Zocdoc not just a platform people use, but a brand they love, believe in and want to be a part of.Your day to day is…Lead Zocdoc's organic social strategy (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels), building awareness, affinity, and engagement among patients and providers.Develop and execute always-on social programming and campaigns, ensuring content is high-quality, on-brand, and optimized for each platform.Lead content ideation and oversee production.Manage internal and external creatives to deliver best-in-class social content.Contribute to broader brand initiatives, bringing social insight and creative input into the development of strategy and creative.Experiment with formats, trends and real-time moments that extend reach and cultural relevance.Lead community management, acting as the voice of Zocdoc on social platforms, participating in conversations, and building meaningful relationships with audiences and creators.Own performance tracking and analytics for organic social, translating insights into clear actions and continuous optimization.Build systems and workflows that enable efficient, high-quality creative production at scale.Drive cross-functional alignment.
