What You'll Do:

• Receive and process specimens from phlebotomists and couriers
• Perform waived laboratory tests in Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Molecular, and Coagulation in mobile or remote settings
• Operate or assist with operation of delivery vans for STAT testing when needed
• Enter patient demographics and test orders into lab information systems
• Conduct quality control checks on reagents and instruments, ensuring compliance with standards
• Perform blood collection via venipuncture and capillary methods
• Troubleshoot instrument and computer issues promptly
• Maintain accurate logs for specimens, reagents, and quality control records
• Follow all safety protocols related to biological materials and hazardous substances
• Assist in inventory management and documentation for compliance

What You Need:

• Current laboratory or point-of-care testing certification/license
• Previous experience in a clinical laboratory or mobile testing environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good communication skills and ability to follow safety protocols
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds; physical readiness for mobile testing environment
