Talent Acquisition Specialist

Under the direction of the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Talent Acquisition Specialist provides administrative and strategic Human Resources support to assigned branches and supports the Sr. HR Generalist(s) in the areas of talent acquisition, employee onboarding, new hire training and orientation, and reporting and analytics. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. Minimum of two years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, or retention-focused HR roles. Professional HR certification preferred. Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, retention strategies, employment law, and HR best practices. Proficiency with HCM, Office 365, and related HR systems. Demonstrated ability to analyze workforce data and communicate trends and recommendations effectively. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
