Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – NY

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in NY. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Practical Functional assessments (PFAs) and develop individualized treatment plans (training provided)

• Design, implement, and monitor ABA programs

• Supervise and support RBTs and other clinical staff

• Provide parent and caregiver training

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to guide treatment decisions

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification (required)

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

• Experience working with individuals with autism (required)

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• NYS LBA (required)

• Enrolled in NY Medicaid (required)
