Timely and accurate processing of payroll, benefits and day to day assistance with care community personnel Position Responsibilities of a HRC: Bi-weekly processing of payroll Recruitment, interviewing, pre-employment process and Orientation of new staff Manage workers compensation claims Benefit administration and auditing Personnel file compliance FMLA administration Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Associate’s Degree in Human Resources or related field and/or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Human Resource role. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
