About the Role The team is seeking an exceptionally high-caliber Chief of Staff to serve as a force multiplier for the founding team. Operating at the intersection of strategy, go-to-market, and core operations, you will lead high-priority strategic initiatives, optimize company-wide execution, and scale our operating model as we build next-generation frontier AI infrastructure. What You'll Do Strategic Execution: Drive high-impact cross-functional initiatives across research, GTM, data acquisition, and product. Executive Force Multiplier: Partner directly with the founders to prioritize focus, run executive workflows, and turn strategic intent into operational reality. Operations & Scaling: Build early operational playbooks, streamline internal communication, and manage critical vendor and institutional partner relationships. Special Projects: Take ownership of ambiguous, high-urgency business challenges from inception to handoff. What We're Looking For Top-Tier Pedigree: 2-5 years of experience at a top management consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or Big 4 strategy practice, ideally paired with high-growth startup experience. Commercial & Analytical Rigor: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proven track record of breaking down complex, unstructured business problems. High Velocity & Judgment: Strong bias for action, comfortable moving fast in ambiguous environments with uncompromising discretion. Polished Communication: Concise, high-signal written and verbal communication tailored for executive and partner-facing contexts.
