Senior Development Director - Western Division

The Salvation Army Western Division in Omaha, NE seeks an Executive Director of Development to lead all resource development, marketing, donor relations, and public relations across the division. This senior leadership role drives major gifts, planned giving, annual giving, and corporate/foundation relations, while supervising staff and volunteers. The position requires a Bachelor's degree, 5–8 years of progressive fundraising experience, CFRE or CAP within a year, and proven results.
