HVAC Field Supervisor

We are hiring skilled HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technicians to perform routine maintenance, system inspections, and tune-ups on residential heating and air conditioning systems. This role is critical in helping homeowners prevent breakdowns, improve system efficiency, and extend equipment lifespan through proactive service and diagnostics. Qualifications What You Need 3 years of residential HVAC experience (maintenance-focused preferred) EPA certification (or ability to obtain) Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Must pass background check and drug screening Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy HVAC equipment American Residential Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
