Key Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to understand their needs, preferences, budgets, and driving habits.
• Present vehicle features and benefits through professional walkarounds and test drives.
• Manage incoming internet, phone, and showroom leads through our CRM.
• Follow up with customers through calls, texts, and emails to generate appointments and build lasting relationships.
• Present vehicles across our truck, SUV, and performance lineups.
• Work closely with management to structure deals, overcome objections, and close sales.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that encourages repeat business, referrals, and positive reviews.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and consistent follow-up practices.

Qualifications

• Sales Experience: One or more years of automotive sales experience preferred. Successful candidates from retail, B2B, cellular, and other sales-driven industries are encouraged to apply.
• Motivation: Self-driven, goal-oriented, and committed to exceeding sales and income targets.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal, customer service, and negotiation skills.
• Professionalism: Positive attitude, accountability, and a customer-first mindset.
• Requirements: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
