Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Annual Reports Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity in North Palm Beach, FL. Key Responsibilities Prepare, process, organize, and track annual report-related documents and administrative records. Use computer systems to complete typing, scanning, emailing, online research, and document management tasks. Review information for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal procedures. Prioritize daily assignments to meet deadlines in a fast-paced office environment. Communicate professionally with internal team members and customers as needed.
