Job Description Renaissance Learning is seeking Customer Education Consultants withstrong facilitation skills to deliverhigh-impact, engaging professional learning for Renaissance users.  Working closely with ProfessionalLearning leaders, Renaissance Consultants help educators apply learning to practices for lasting growth.  Renaissance Consultants are key members of our Customer Education team andare responsible forfacilitatingtop quality training experiences, building positive relationships, supporting educators intheir implementation of Renaissance solutions,assessmentand data practices, and contributing to the continuous development of Renaissance professional learning programs. Availability Requirements Renaissance Consultants are scheduled on an as-needed basis and are paid an hourly rate, with reimbursement for approved travel and related expenses. Consultants must be available tofacilitateprofessional learning sessions for up to40 hoursper week and be willing to travel up to 75% during peak season (July–October). During the non-peak season (November–June), consultants must be available tofacilitateprofessional learning for up to 20 hours per week. Travel isrequiredfor this role. Note : This part‑time role requires consistent availability during scheduled training engagements, which may occur during standard school or business hours. In this role, you will: Learn multiple solutions during the tenure of employment with Renaissance to meet our clients' needs. Customize and deliver on-site and/or virtual product training and professional learning that meets client needs and exceeds expectations. Differentiate training on the spot when needed to ensure high engagement and meeting learning goals. Engage in an internal cycle of reflection, feedback, and development (including observations, client evaluations, and coaching) Prepare for training engagements by engaging with Renaissance team members, customizing training materials (within specific parameters), learning about theparticular needsand goals of the client, etc. Document andsubmitdetailed training notes. Present a professional image to customers. Learn and follow Renaissance processes for preparing, delivering, and post workfacilitation PreferredQualifications Bachelor’s degree in education or related field At least 5 years of professional experiencefacilitating/delivering professional development, Prior experience in K-12 education Experience with educational technology, familiarity withRenaissance products and solutions Experience delivering training across various in-person and virtual modalities, includingwebinars Deep understanding of engaging adult learning principles Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitationskills Ability to learn andutilizenew tools and technologiesquickly High levelof attention to detail Proven organizationalskills High levelof collaboration with internal and cross functional teams Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately. Ability to workindependentlyon tasks, projects, and learningsessions Growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement Ability to travel and to arrange lodging and transportation.
