Information Technology Specialist

We're partnering with a growing global manufacturing organization to hire an IT Specialist who will serve as the primary IT contact for a Tennessee facility while supporting additional U.S. locations. This role works closely with a global Service Desk team, including colleagues based in Europe. Responsibilities Provide Tier 1 IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Support Windows environments, user accounts, ERP user administration, and basic end-user training. Maintain connectivity between office, warehouse, and production-floor systems. Support production-related computer systems in partnership with central IT teams. Troubleshoot and maintain workstations, industrial PCs, thermal printers, barcode scanners, laptops, and other end-user devices. Manage IT assets and assist with IT projects as needed. Qualifications 5+ years of IT support experience. Experience supporting both office and manufacturing/production environments. Strong troubleshooting skills with: Windows operating systems Printers, barcode scanners, and peripheral devices Basic networking Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently. Eagerness to learn and take ownership of local IT operations. Ability to travel occasionally within the U.S. Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and occasional after-hours/weekend support. Why Join?
