Aaron's, Inc - 2275 Memorial Drive - Responsibilities: Drive payment collections and lease renewals by understanding lease benefits and ensuring customers are 100% satisfied with the product; Attain and maintain updated customer information in the store computer system; Engage customers in person and over the phone to build relationships and facilitate ownership; Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management; Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle and assist sales team as needed
