Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Performing thorough assessments of patients, ordering necessary diagnostics, and crafting tailored care plans
• Diagnosing and treating a range of health conditions in conjunction with physicians or independently (based on your credentials)
• Empowering patients and their families with knowledge about health maintenance and chronic disease management
• Prescribing medications and therapies in accordance with professional guidelines
• Engaging in ongoing patient care and chronic disease management
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery
• Maintaining meticulous documentation within electronic health records (EHR)

Qualifications We Are Seeking

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner training program

Required Credentials

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in California
• Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or an equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
