Release & Environments Manager

Responsibilities:
- Establish clear processes for environment provisioning, configuration, and decommissioning.
- Maintain a centralized repository of environmental documentation, detailing configurations, dependencies, and access rights.
- Work with infrastructure and development teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for environment-related issues.
- Collaborate with development, QA, operations, and security teams to ensure a smooth and efficient software delivery pipeline.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute software releases across various environments, including Dev, QA, pre-production and production.
- Manage the release calendar, ensuring alignment with project timelines and business priorities.
- Implement and maintain robust rollback procedures for each environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in release management, environment management, or a similar role.
- Experience with Agile methodologies & Agile project management tools.
- Experience working with JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and DevOps principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Ability to manage complex dependencies and prioritize work.
