Senior Manufacturing Engineer

This position is intended for an experienced engineer who can independently build and improve manufacturing systems. Not an entry-level engineer or CAD-only designer.

OEM is seeking a hands-on Senior Manufacturing Engineer to take ownership of production workflows, engineering documentation, mechanical drawings, SOP development, and continuous-improvement projects. You will be identifying inefficiencies, establishing standards, and implementing practical systems that improve how work moves from engineering through production.

• Must have personally written and implemented production SOPs and work instructions
• Must have created manufacturing drawings used for fabrication, machining, or assembly
• Must be able to provide examples of a process they improved and measurable results
• Must have experience working directly with machinists, assemblers, fabricators, or production personnel
• Must be able to independently prioritize and manage improvement projects
