Infusion Nurse II — Home Care Specialist & Mentor

Option Care Health Inc.

Option Care Health Inc. seeks an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care at the home or alternate infusion suite under a physician plan of care. This role requires an active RN license in the state of practice, CPR certification, and the ability to travel up to 100% with access to a vehicle.
