We are seeking an Evening Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Evening Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, functionality, and safety of our facilities during the evening hours. This individual will perform maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections to maintain a well-kept environment for our employees and visitors.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance issues.
2. Perform maintenance and repairs on building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
3. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments.
4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
5. Keep accurate maintenance records and report completed tasks.

**Qualifications:**
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
7. Availability to work evening hours as required.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
1. Certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems.
2. Previous experience working in a commercial or industrial facility.
3. Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.
