Maintenance Technician
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for projects located in the Phoenix, AZ area. This is a second shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $22/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope
- Clean and maintain stone floors (stripping, waxing, polishing)
- Operate low- and high-speed floor cleaning machines (buffers, scrubbers, burnishers)
- Address specific needs for various stone surfaces (e.g., marble, granite, terrazzo)
- Perform general janitorial tasks (sweeping, mopping, dusting)
- Assist with facility maintenance and minor repairs
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in janitorial/maintenance, specializing in floor care
- 3+ years operating floor cleaning machines (buffers, scrubbers, burnishers)
- Expertise in stone floor care (stripping, waxing, polishing)
