Product Manager
Required Skills & Experience:
• 5+ years of Product Management experience
• Experience owning the full product lifecycle from strategy through delivery
• SaaS platform experience, preferably multi-level or enterprise platform products OR IoT/Telemetry product experience
• Experience leveraging connected asset, fleet, or telemetry data to drive product decisions and business value
• Strong experience creating and managing product roadmaps and prioritized backlogs
• Proven ability to define product requirements, write user stories, and develop acceptance criteria
• Experience partnering with UX/UI teams, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders
• Experience working within Agile environments alongside Scrum Masters and development teams
• Experience managing offshore development teams
• Strong data-driven decision-making and KPI management experience
• Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading UAT, pilots, product launches, and implementations
• Experience with product/project management tools such as Jira or Confluence
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
• AS400 experience
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
• Fleet management product experience
• Experience scaling platform products or connected ecosystem platforms
• Experience managing Product Owners or mentoring junior product team members
• Experience building "single pane of glass" platforms that consolidate data and workflows across multiple stakeholders
• Strong process improvement and change management background
