Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Position: Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) Location: Albany, NY or Manhattan, NY Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 50% onsite Initial Requirement: Must report onsite in Albany, NY for the first week

Key Requirements:

8+ years of IT experience with strong senior-level SRE/Production Engineering experience
Strong hands-on experience with SRE principles, enterprise systems reliability, scalability, and performance
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
Strong Kubernetes, containers, and microservices experience
Strong programming/automation experience, particularly Python
Experience building automation and self-healing solutions to reduce operational toil
Strong observability, monitoring, logging, alerting, and distributed tracing experience
Experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, ELK/Elastic Stack, or similar tools
Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, performance tuning, and capacity planning
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
