We are currently seeking a Norwegian Speaking Customer Support Representative for an Online Streaming Service. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about entertainment and excel at providing exceptional service to clients in the Norwegian language. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients regarding online streaming services via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, subscription details, and technical troubleshooting. Effectively resolve customer complaints to enhance their viewing experience. Document customer interactions accurately and ensure prompt follow-up on inquiries. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement service improvements based on customer feedback. Stay updated on product features and content offerings to provide informed assistance. Gather and analyze customer feedback to support the continuous enhancement of service quality. Requirements Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the entertainment or streaming industry. Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Proficient in using customer support software and standard office applications. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
