Your responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer support across multiple channels Assist customers with service and maintenance appointments, vehicle-related inquiries, and roadside assistance requests Provide support for connected vehicle services, mobile applications, infotainment systems, and subscription-based features Handle customer cases and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset Coordinate appointments, service arrangements, courtesy vehicle requests, and customer follow-ups Identify customer concerns and escalate complex issues to specialized teams when required Maintain accurate customer records and contribute to continuous improvement of service quality What you will bring: Fluency in Slovak (minimum C1 level) Good command of English (B2 level or higher) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for helping people Good computer literacy and confidence navigating digital tools and platforms Familiarity with Android and iOS mobile applications Interest in the automotive industry is considered a plus Driver’s license and geographical awareness will be considered advantageous What we offer: Relocation support: Flights, accommodation & housing assistance—all at no cost to you Competitive monthly salary (14 salaries per year) Referral Program :Bring your friends and receive great bonuses!
