About Dynamic Automotive

Dynamic Automotive is seeking an experienced B-Level Automotive Technician in Frederick, MD. This position pays $25-$30 plus a production bonus beginning with the first billable hour and a monthly bonus based on location sales. Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain customer vehicles.
• Perform automotive diagnostics and mechanical troubleshooting using diagnostic equipment and scan tools.
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Follow established shop safety practices and repair procedures.
• Communicate repair findings and relevant vehicle information clearly and accurately.
• Take accountability for productivity, repair quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Work independently while collaborating with technicians and other team members.
• Continue developing technical knowledge as automotive technology and repair procedures change.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of automotive repair experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong automotive diagnostic and mechanical problem-solving skills.
• Four ASE Certifications or the ability to obtain four within one year of employment.
• Ability to operate diagnostic equipment, scan tools, and computer systems.
• Required personal hand tools and specialty tools necessary to perform the position.
• Maryland State Inspector License is a plus.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• $25-$30 plus production bonus.
