Operations Associate, POS - Temporary

Job Description

Are you a highly organized, data-driven professional who thrives on keeping complex operations running smoothly? As our temporary Operations Associate, you'll be the connective tissue between Wix's warehouses, partners, and internal teams, making sure every order, return, and repair gets where it needs to go, on time and accurately.

• Manage the order fulfillment process across our three third-party warehouses in California (US), outside Toronto (Canada), and outside London (UK), ensuring orders are properly routed and fulfilled within SLA 

• Own customer returns, repairs, and warranty swaps end to end, keeping customers informed and issues resolved quickly 

• Maintain visibility into inventory levels across all warehouses, open purchase orders as needed, and sustain required inventory thresholds at all times 

• Work closely with Wix's third-party warehouses and manufacturing/logistics partners to keep fulfillment on track 

• Serve as the go-to point of contact for sales and customer care on point-of-sale and fulfillment questions, ensuring smooth order and information flow between teams 

 

This is a full-time temporary role running approximately October through March. It is a fully remote position, but we are prioritizing candidates based in South Florida, with flexibility to work across time zones (including occasional coordination with our UK and Israel teams).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative or supply chain experience 

• Comfortable working across multiple time zones and coordinating with international teams 

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 

• Experience with POS systems or supply chain tools – an advantage 

• Flexible and adaptable, comfortable jumping in wherever needed during a fast-moving, temporary assignment 

• Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with internal teams and external partners
