Director, IT Project Management

Director of IT Project Management Location: Cincinnati, OH Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a Director of IT Project Management to lead enterprise technology initiatives including ERP implementations, application integrations, system deployments, and acquisition-related projects. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT projects, including ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, and system deployments. Actively participate in implementation activities including requirements, testing, issue resolution, cutover, and post-go-live support. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives. Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, and desired outcomes. Lead IT integration activities related to acquisitions, including data migration and system consolidation. Manage external vendors and implementation partners to ensure delivery against scope, timeline, and budget. Establish effective project governance, Agile processes, and delivery standards. Develop executive reporting and dashboards to communicate project status, risks, and outcomes. Reduce reliance on third-party project management resources by strengthening internal project execution. Provide leadership and mentorship to IT project teams and application specialists. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 12+ years of IT project management, program management, or technology leadership experience. Proven experience leading large-scale ERP implementations ; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management strongly preferred. Strong understanding of enterprise applications, integrations, and technology implementations. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps. Experience with acquisition integrations, data migrations, and system consolidations. Strong vendor management and communication skills. Experience with Power BI, Smartsheet, and Microsoft 365. Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, industrial, chemical, distribution, or supply chain environments. Experience with supply chain, warehouse management, and procurement systems.
