IT CYBERSECURITY SPECIALIST (CUSTSPT/INFOSEC)

Duties Help Analyzes and resolves problems within the scope of activity operations, referring those requiring specialized expertise to the appropriate technical expert. Coordinates, executes, implements, and maintains the installation and operation of customer application systems. Provides advice and assistance to customers and troubleshoots the most complex problems while minimizing interruptions to customers' ability to carry out critical business activities. Develops and manages customer performance requirements, support policies, and procedures. Leads rapid-response teams addressing customer service problems resulting from catastrophic events, such as virus infections or widespread power outages. Serves on the application implementation team to ensure customer service requirements are addressed. US Department of War
