Wage: $20.00/hour
Shift: 1st

QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Letterpress Operator at a company in Random Lake, WI. This is a potential to hire position for 1st shift. Apply today! Estimator Responsibilities:
- Reviewing customer specifications, drawings, and requirements to develop precise and competitive pricing
- Preparing detailed quotes for jobs to be produced in house
- Determining production methods, material needs, and labor requirements for each project
- Collaborating with customers to clarify specifications and ensuring accurate scope definition
- Working closely with internal staff and production teams to align estimating with operational capabilities
- Developing quotes for items sourced from external vendors when applicable
- Maintaining accurate records of quotes, pricing structures, and customer information
- Assisting with general office duties and administrative support
- Supporting continuous improvement efforts through identifying opportunities for cost efficiency and process optimization Requirements for Estimator:
- Previous experience in estimating, quoting, or similar fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to interpret specifications and technical requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple quotes and deadlines in fast-paced environment
