Job Requirements:

• Experience: 2 years of outpatient clinic exp
• CA LVN
• Certs: BLS (AHA or ARC only), IV, and Blood withdrawal
• Special Requirements: Epic Req, Previous Urology experience strongly preferred.

Job Details:

• Weekend REQ: No
• Floating REQ: Yes, both internally and externally to other specialty clinics (rare)
• On-Call REQ: No
• Pending license: NO, must be active at time of submission
• NO SCHEDULING REQUESTS CAN BE ACCOMMODATED.
