Touchmark at the Ranch is currently seeking an individual to join our team as Group Fitness Instructor to work with our Assisted living Residents. In this role, you will help plan, design, and lead group exercise classes for aging adults at varying levels of physical ability. You will have the unique opportunity every day to energize and motivate club members – the opportunity to be an ally, a friend, and a giver.

The ideal candidate will:

• Current certification through a NCCA accredited organization (ACE, AFAA, NCSF, NASM, ACSM) is required

• A genuine interest in working with adults (age 50+) to help them achieve their physical fitness goals

• Experience instructing group exercise classes in the format of your certification

• Experience working with aging adults and/or special fitness populations

• A positive, upbeat, and energetic approach to health, wellness, teamwork, and hospitality

• Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification

• Be flexible to sub for other instructors if needed
