Paradigm Healthcare is seeking to hire a Director of Recruitment to join our fantastic team! We are not seeking remote/hybrid candidates.Summary/ObjectiveIn keeping with our organization’s goals, the Director of Recruitment leads the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of talent acquisition across all our facilities. This role is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, building strong pipelines for high-volume clinical and non-clinical roles, and improving time-to-fill while maintaining quality and compliance standards.ResponsibilitiesOversee the Executive Recruitment Process for the organization, including sourcing, evaluating, and securing top tier leadership talent to align with organizational goals and culture.Develop and oversee execution of recruitment strategies tailored to skilled nursing, long term care settings, including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and support roles as well as corporate position and other roles as needed.Manage the entire recruitment process including wage analysis, job postings, and scheduling.Develop and implement initiatives to retain employees, including compensation and benefits packages, recognition programs, and opportunities for professional development.Lead and manage a team of corporate recruiters, as well as work with the HR Director recruitment efforts across multiple facilities.Partner with the VP of HR, Operations and Facility leadership to forecast workforce needs and align recruitment plans accordingly.Track, analyze, and report key recruitment KPIs, establish and maintain metrics to measure staffing performance and identify areas for improvement.Conduct regular wage analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and healthcare-specific hiring regulations. Stay informed of industry trends, labor laws, and compliance regulations affecting recruitment and hiring practices. Ensure all recruitment activities meet legal and ethical standards, including adherence to equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines and non-discriminatory practices.Evaluate and improve recruiting technology, tools, and workflows (e.g., ATS, Mega Data).Build and maintain vendor relationships, including job boards, schools, universities, and background check providers.Champion candidate experience and employer branding initiatives specific to the long-term care space.Drive process improvements to reduce hiring bottlenecks, time to fill and improve offer acceptance rates.Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations for the recruiting team.Required Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (preferred not required)Two (2) years of experience driving and implementing recruitment programs, plans, and initiatives, working with the latest technology, tools, and market data for recruiting and hiring talent in a health care or related setting;Understanding of industry specific recruitment practices, recruitment metrics, and market surveys.Experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite applicationsExperience and proficiency using applicant tracking software.Advanced Excel experiencePreferred Education and ExperienceRecruitment experience specific to skilled nursing, long-term care is desired but not required.Paycom experience is a plus!Required SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrate leadership, organizational skills, and ability to maintain a positive and professional attitudeAbility to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyDisplay attention to detailInteract with team members, vendors, and all others in a professional mannerAbility to engage in active listening (giving full attention to those speaking), critical thinking (using logic and reasoning to identify strengths/weaknesses of alternative solutions), and active learning (understanding implications of new information during problem-solving situations)Exceptional judgment and active foresightSelf-motivated and self-directedTravelThis role may at times require travel to company affiliates and to job fairs, open houses and sourcing events. #J-18808-Ljbffr
