The world can't wait.Required Experience:8+ years of experience with strategy and transformation capabilities, including organization design or standup, strategic planning, process improvement, and technology adoption8+ years of experience with program management and business development for large-scale DoW or federal government programsExperience leading technology innovation or organizational transformation involving AI, cyber, automation, or emerging technologiesExperience identifying, managing, and communicating dependencies, risks, blockers, and action items to support successful client deliverySecret clearanceBachelor's degree in Business or EngineeringPreferred Experience:Experience supporting U.S. Space Force or DoW acquisition programsExperience applying data management, data analysis, and data visualizationExperience with AI / ML and cloud capabilitiesExperience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead supporting IT programs or technical project deliveryExperience facilitating Agile ceremonies in a Kanban environment, including daily standups, backlog refinement, and retrospectivesExperience coaching Agile teams on continuous improvement and Agile best practicesAbility to manage projects from initiation through execution, devise and execute client deliverables, work independently, identify problems and devise analysis and solutions, communicate results to both technical and non-technical audiences, and lead the accomplishments of client tasks from inception to completionTop Secret clearancePMI PMP and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt CertificationsCertified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or similar Agile CertificationApplicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
