The role demands a leader who is strategically minded, collaborative, and transparent, with the ability to work across multiple functions and institutional contexts. The COO will also be tasked with providing strategic leadership in people, inclusion, and culture, and ensuring that the organization's practices reflect feminist values, equity, and inclusion. Professional fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, or French is an asset.
