- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold infection control standards
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to implement and adjust care plans

Requirements
- Active LPN license and eligibility to practice
- Relevant experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Ability to work night shifts and participate in a 3x12-hour schedule
- Graduation from an approved practical nursing program
- Strong teamwork, communication, and clinical documentation skills
