We are seeking a warm, detail-oriented, and service-driven Patient Concierge to join our team. This full-time, on-site role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a critical role in shaping their overall experience—from initial inquiry through follow-up care. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, luxury healthcare environment, excels in communication, and genuinely enjoys connecting with patients while supporting a collaborative team. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level concierge services to patients, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow Handle inbound and outbound communication via phone, email, and in-office interactions Perform front-desk and receptionist duties with professionalism and efficiency Assist patients with questions regarding procedures, appointments, and general practice information Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold HIPAA compliance Support daily office operations and collaborate closely with clinical and administrative team members Qualifications Experience in concierge services, reservations, or front-desk operations Strongcommunication skills with a polished, professional demeanor Outstanding customer service and interpersonal abilities Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Experience in a healthcare, medical spa, or cosmetic surgery setting is a plus High school diploma or equivalent requiredAdditional certification or training in customer service is a plus To apply: Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your interest in the Patient Concierge role and why you would be a great fit for our team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
