Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated US IT Recruiter and Bench Sales Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in US staffing. The candidate should have hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, submissions, follow-ups, and bench sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Source IT candidates using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, job portals, and internal databases .

• Review resumes and screen candidates based on job requirements.

• Work on W2, C2C, 1099, OPT, STEM OPT, and H1B candidates.

• Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.

• Coordinate with candidates and recruiters for interview scheduling and follow-ups.

• Submit qualified candidates to clients and vendors within required timelines.

• Maintain accurate candidate records, submissions, and interview updates in the ATS.

• Handle bench sales activities , including marketing available consultants to vendors and clients.

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, implementation partners, and recruiters.

• Negotiate rates, terms, and work arrangements when required.

• Follow up regularly on submissions, interviews, offers, and placements.

• Meet daily and monthly recruitment and submission targets.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment and/or Bench Sales .

• Good knowledge of US IT staffing and recruitment processes.

• Strong understanding of US work authorization types and employment models.

• Experience with job portals such as LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and Indeed.

• Good sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines and targets.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Willingness to work in the US night shift .

Preferred

• Existing vendor/client relationships are an added advantage.

• Experience working with ATS/CRM tools is preferred.

• Candidates with proven submission and placement records will be given preference.
