Position: Plumber Service Technician

Pay: Earn $125,000+ Annually, Based on Your Performance

Location: Massapequa, NY

What You Will Do

• Perform residential and light commercial plumbing and heating service, repair, and installations
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues and present solutions clearly and professionally
• Educate the customers about their homes systems - build trust, not just transactions
• Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance
• Represent the Chivalry brand with pride on every call
• Keep your truck and work areas clean and organized
• Work with the team to deliver great service and hit shared goals

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of plumbing and heating experience (service work preferred)
• Strong communication skills — you can explain things clearly to customers
• Sales mindset with a customer-focused attitude — you present options, not pressure
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Team player with a “yes I can” mindset and a drive to exceed goals

Schedule

• Full-Time, Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• After hours and weekends as needed

Compensation Breakdown

• Performance-based pay — your effort drives your income
• Earn up to $125,000+ per year based on performance
• Earn 20% commission on total revenue generated
• Commission increases to 25%for after hours/emergencies
