Customer Service Representative (Temp-to-Hire)

• Starting pay : $18.50 - $19.50 per hour

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis. This is a full-time opportunity with growth potential.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers with orders
• Answering inbound and outbound customer calls
• Responding to customer inquiries by phone, email
• Perform filing and general administrative tasks
• Provide excellent customer service and support

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer and email proficiency
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required

• Monday through Friday
• Regular hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Overtime may be required as needed
