We’re looking for motivated, outgoing, and growth-oriented individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in sales, communication, and leadership. This internship is designed for those who are serious about personal and professional development and eager to learn from a supportive team in a thriving industry. What You’ll Do:
- Learn and apply effective sales techniques from top-performing mentors
- Educate homeowners on solar and home improvement options
- Assist in generating leads, scheduling appointments, and conducting consultations
- Represent HouseBuildr at local events and community outreach programs
- Work closely with our leadership team to develop your communication, confidence, and career skills
- $1,000/week compensation
